Take a minute to think about that. Is mental health relevant to you right now?
I hope so!
Regardless of circumstance or situation mental health is always relevant there is no health without mental health.
Mental health and Physical health are one, they come as a package and neglecting one or the other could have huge impacts on overall wellbeing.
If you fell off the curb and twisted your ankle the first thing that you say is "I'm going to need to get this checked " and off you go to Accident and emergency.
This is the mindset we aim to aspire to have when talking about our mental wellbeing. Speaking up and not putting things to the back of our minds hoping it will go away because it won't.
